The El Dia de los Muertos celebration, which translates literally to “the Day of the Dead,” is a cultural tradition in which family members welcome back departed loved ones, sharing the joys of life with them as their memories live on.

Diwali San Antonio 2012
Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is an Indian celebration of the victory of good over evil. This is a free event this Saturday, November 3rd, at Hemisfair Park.
There will be live entertainment, Indian cuisine, a fireworks display, and the releasing of 2,000 floating diyas into the park fountains.
