The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 2800 sqft homes all the way to 4 bedroom homes of over 4200 sqft.
The Dominion October Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of October in The Dominion, ranged from a low of $389,000 to a top price of over $775,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $559,667 and the median sales price of $507,000.
For the year, the average sale price is $712,770, a decrease of 4.6 percent from 2014, and the median sales price of $635,000, up 2.8 percent from 2014.
