The prices range from $370,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2200 sqft home all the way to $9,800,000 for a 6 bedroom, 27,400 sqft home.

The Dominion saw 4 home that sold during the month of November.
The homes that sold ranged from 2 bedroom, 2100 sqft homes all the way to 3 bedroom homes of over 3700 sqft.
The Dominion November Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of November in The Dominion, ranged from a low of $340,000 to a top price of over $620,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $506,250 and the median sales price of $532,500.
For the year, the average sale price is $702,817, a decrease of 6.4 percent from 2014, and the median sales price of $611,000, down 2.6 percent from 2014.
The Dominion November Days on Market and Absorption Rate
Home sold days on market during the month of November in The Dominion, ranged from a low of 126 days on market to a high of over 633 days on market.
