The prices range from $329,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1700 sqft home all the way to $9,800,000 for a 6 bedroom, 27,400 sqft home.

The Dominion saw 9 home that sold during the month of June.
The homes that sold ranged from 2 bedroom, 2300 sqft homes all the way to 5 bedroom homes of over 7500 sqft.
The Dominion June Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of June in The Dominion, ranged from a low of $372,990 to a top price of over $1,800,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $848,804 and the median sales price of $750,000.
For the year, the average sale price is $769,075, an increase of 3.4 percent from 2015, and the median sales price of $575,000, down 11.5 percent from 2015.
The Dominion June Days on Market and Absorption Rate
Home sold days on market during the month of June in The Dominion, ranged from a low of 35 days on market to a high of over 842 days on market.
For the month, the average days on market was 308 and the median days on market of 245.
For the year, the average days on market is 261, up 18.1 percent from last year, and the median days on market of 214, an increase of 113.5 percent from 2015.
