Once again The Dominion saw another month with an increase in home sales and a minor dip in sale prices.
The Dominion has seen an increase of 8.6 percent in the number of homes sold during 2015 when compared to 2014.
During 2015, the average sales price saw a 9 percent decrease while the median sales price was also down 4 percent.
Currently there are 103 Dominion Homes for Sale.
The prices range from $357,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2100 sqft home all the way to $12,000,000 for a 6 bedroom, 27,400 sqft home.

The Dominion seen 12 homes that sold during the month of July.
The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 2500 sqft homes all the way to 5 bedroom homes of over 6,000 sqft.
The Dominion July Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of July in The Dominion, ranged from a low of $320,000 to a top price of over $1,143,500.
For the month, the average sale price was $617,518 and the median sales price of $564,110.
For the year, the average sale price is $719,607, a decrease of 8.9 percent from 2014, and the median sales price of $649,000, down 3.5 percent from 2014.
The Dominion July Days on Market and Absorption Rate
Home sold days on market during the month of July in The Dominion, ranged from a low of 12 days on market to a high of over 668 days on market.
For the month, the average days on market was 238 and the median days on market of 140.
For the year, the average days on market is 225, down 22.9 percent from last year, and the median days on market of 102, a decrease of 48.7 percent from 2014.
