The prices range from $335,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2000 sqft home all the way to $7,500,000 for a 8 bedroom, 12,500 sqft home.

For the month, the average sale price is $547,510, a decrease of 21 percent from January 2013, and the median sales price of $540,750, down 12 percent from last January.
