The average sales price saw an increase of 13 percent when compared to 2014 prices while the median sales price was also up 15 percent.
There are currently 61 Sonoma Ranch homes for sale.
The prices range from $189,900 for a 3 bedroom, 1500 sqft home all the way to $950,000 for a 4 bedroom, 5000 sqft home.

Home sale prices during the month of September in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of $195,500 to a top price of over $525,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $329,369 and the median sales price of $262,500.
For the year, the average sale price is $349,327, an increase of 13.3 percent from 2014, and the median sales price of $325,000, up 14.8 percent from 2014.
