The average sales price saw a decrease of 1 percent when compared to 2015 prices while the median sales price was also down 1 percent.
There are currently 70 Sonoma Ranch homes for sale.
The prices range from $195,000 for a 3 bedroom, 1500 sqft home all the way to $1,100,500 for a 5 bedroom, 6400 sqft home.

Sonoma Ranch seen 12 homes that sold during the month of April.
The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 1600 sqft homes all the way to 4 bedroom home of over 3700 sqft.
Sonoma Ranch April Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of April in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of $198,000 to a top price of over $495,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $329,523 and the median sales price of $328,250.
For the year, the average sale price is $332,426, a decrease of 0.6 percent from 2015, and the median sales price of $300,000, down 1.3 percent from 2015.
Sonoma Ranch April Days on Market and Absorption Rate
Home sold days on market during the month of April in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of 17 days on market to a high of over 374 days on market.
For the month, the average days on market was 132 and the median days on market of 118.
For the year, the average days on market is 112, down 13.2 percent from last year, and the median days on market of 73, an increase of 21.7 percent from 2015.
