Sonoma Ranch communities saw a 22.2 percent increase in the number of homes sold during 2017 compared to last year.
The average sales price saw a decrease of 6 percent when compared to 2016 prices while the median sales price was up 9 percent.
There are currently 53 Sonoma Ranch homes for sale.
The prices range from $225,000 for a 3 bedroom, 1800 sqft home all the way to $975,000 for a 6 bedroom, 6400 sqft home.
Sonoma Ranch 2017 Home Sales
Sonoma Ranch seen 8 homes that sold during the month of January. The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 1800 sqft homes all the way to 4 bedroom homes over 3300 sqft.
February saw 14 homes that sold during the month. The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 1500 sqft homes all the way to 5 bedroom homes over 5000 sqft.
Sonoma Ranch 2017 Home Sale Prices
January home sale prices in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of $208,000 to a top price of over $363,000. The average sale price was $266,000 and the median sales price of $253,250.
February home sale prices in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of $186,240 to a top price of over $723,500. The average sale price was $346,374 and the median sales price of $311,000.
For the year, the average sale price is $317,147, a decrease of 5.7 percent from 2016, and the median sales price of $287,750, up 9.4 percent from 2016.

Home sold days on market during the month of January in Sonoma Ranch, ranged from a low of 12 days on market to a high of over 172 days on market. The average days on market was 92 and the median days on market of 98.
