The prices range from $149,999 for a 2 bedroom, 980 sqft home all the way to $2,500,000 for a 6 bedroom, 7900 sqft home.

The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 1300 sqft home all the way to 5 bedroom home of over 4900 sqft.
