This community has seen a 22.7 percent increase in the number of homes sold during the first five months of 2016 compared to 2015.
For 2016, the average sales price in Alamo Ranch saw a 1 percent increase and median sales price also saw a 1 percent increase.
Currently there are 198 Alamo Ranch homes for sale.
The prices range from $175,000 for a 3 bedroom, 1400 sqft home all the way to $479,760 for a 5 bedroom, 4700 sqft home.

The homes that sold ranged from 3 bedroom, 1400 sqft homes all the way to 5 bedroom homes over 4400 sqft.
Alamo Ranch May Home Sale Prices
Home sale prices during the month of May in Alamo Ranch, ranged from a low of $183,000 to a top price of over $432,000.
For the month, the average sale price was $273,532 and the median sales price of $262,450.
For the year, the average sale price is $282,000, an increase of 1.1 percent from 2015, and the median sales price of $268,000, up 0.5 percent from 2015.

Home sold days on market during the month of May in Alamo Ranch, ranged from a low of 12 days on market to a high of over 261 days on market.
For the month, the average days on market was 83 and the median days on market of 58.
For the year, the average days on market is 99, a decrease of 16.8 percent from last year, and the median days on market of 76, down 6.2 percent from 2015.
